T-Mobile

T-Mobile uses two colors, pink and grey. According to the meaning of colors...

Pink means: excitement, energy, target towards the younger generation and females, romance, gentle, delicate, innocence, floral, and soft.

Grey means: Stability, Practicality, Somber, Respect, Corporate Mentality, Dullness, Humility, Authority, and Moody

Grey is used as an element in logos often because it is considered neutral and goes well with most colors. It has a cool element that will accentuate whichever color its used with. Also used for products related to steel, chrome and metal such as automobile companies.

Now the questions are...
  • I wonder if T-Mobile has more women than men who use there service?
  • Do more younger people than older people use this service?
  • What is romantic about a phone company?

Grey does mean corporate, stability, and practical, so that's a good color for a phone company to use.

The spokesperson for T-Mobile is a young women who is always dressed in pink. This does connect to the meaning of pink. I wonder if men are attracted to the commercial because of the young female or does the pink push the men away?
I think pink and grey work very nicely together, especially since I love pink. So automatically I am attracted to the commercial.
There's a lot more to a phone company than their logo and commercials though. It's there service, price, phones, customer service, and other things that make people use their service. (I have at&t)
